Returns and Refunds Policy

At Clear Actives, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every skincare product you purchase from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns

We accept returns on skincare products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at clara@clearactives.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

2. Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your skincare product for a different item, please contact us at clara@clearactives.com. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item and provide instructions for returning the original item for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective skincare product, please contact us immediately at clara@clearactives.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and promotional items. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
