9. Shipping and Delivery

 Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be displayed at the time of purchase. Clear Actives is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Clear Actives pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
